Very Chocolatey Brownies

Very chocolatey brownies recipe, great for snacks and desserts, enjoy !

200 g/7 oz Milk Chocolate

200 g/7 oz Plain Chocolate

200 g/7 oz Unsalted Butter

3 Eggs

175 g/6 oz Light Muscovado Sugar

75 g/3 oz Gluten Free Flour

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

Instructions
Grease and line a 28 ´ 20 cm/11 ´ 8 inch shallow baking tin with baking parchment. Chop the milk chocolate into small chunks. Melt the plain chocolate with the butter in a bowl set over hot water.

Beat together the eggs and sugar until turning foamy. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.

Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl. Add the chopped chocolate and fold the ingredients gently together. Pour the mixture into the baking tin.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F), Gas Mark 5, for 30 minutes until a sugary crust has formed on the surface but the mixture gives slightly underneath (it will firm up as it cools so avoid the temptation to cook for longer). Leave to cool in the tin.

Cut into squares and store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 6 days.
