Juicy Berry Smoothie
A handful of blackberries
.
A handful of blueberries.
A handful of raspberries.
6 large strawberries.
Half a glass of apple juice. **
Rinse all the fruit thoroughly with cold water.
Remove the head of the strawberries with a table knife.
Pour the apple juice into your smoothie maker or blender. *
Add all the berries to the smoothie maker.
Blend together until smooth.
Pour the Smoothie into a glass and drink.
* Please note you will need a smoothie maker or blender.
** You can subsititute the apple juice with ice cold water if you prefer.
