Homemade Gluten Free Hamburgers
Gluten, sulphite and low fat. What more can you ask for?
All the mixture together.
Shape the mixture into hamburger shapes.
Fry using olive oil or grill as you prefer.
The delicious and low fat end result.Very lean Mince ( I used 700g but you can tailor to how much mince you have.) One medium red onion Plain Gluten free flour, 6 tablespoons. Mixed dried herbs 2 teaspoons. Olive oil
Add all the mince to a mixing bowl. Dice the red onion into very small cubes and add to the mixing bowl. Add the plain flour. Add the dried mixed herbs. Using your hands, mix together all the ingredients until everything is fully mixed together. The mixture is now ready to be shaped into burger shapes. You can either fry, grill or freeze the burgers onces shaped. Eat and enjoy, eat with low fat homemade chips or in a gluten free bread roll. :-)
