Gluten Free Yorkshire Puddings

2 tbsp of Gluten Free plain flour. 1 large egg. 1 tbsp of milk (can use lactofree milk too) 2 tbsp of water to make a pourable batter (season if you like) Pinch of salt Cooking oil
Add the flour to a mixing bowl. Beat the egg and add to the flour. Add the milk and water to the mixture. If you want add the pinch of salt but this is not essential. Heat the oil in the oven at 220 degrees until the oil is really sizzling. Add your batter quickly. Cook until golden brown.
