Gluten Free Turkey Burgers
Gluten free turkey burgers recipe, great for any meal !
Turkey Mince 500g
One Red Pepper
One Green Pepper
One medium red onion
4 table spoons of Gluten Free bread crumbs (I use Hale&Hearty)
2 medium eggs
Finely chop up both peppers.
Finely chop the onion.
Whisk the two eggs
In a large bowl mix together the Turkey Mince, the chopped peppers and the red onion.
Add the bread crumbs one table spoon at a time.
Slowly add the 2 eggs to the mixture ensuring all the ingredients are mixed together properly.
Roll the mixture into 6 burger balls.
Place each burger on a lightly greased baking tray and grill on both sides until cooked through.
Ensure the burgers are white all the way through.
Once cooked the burgers are ready to serve. They are delicious on their own or in a gluten free roll such as the Livwell gluten free rolls.
Also lovely if you're having a barbecue or why not try them with chips and beans.
Tip:- Burgers can also be shallow fried.
