Gluten Free Special Stuffing

Gluten free special stufffing, a great recipe !

A hand full of home grown SAGE. (Or as much as you need of the dried/jar kind)

1 LARGE onion chopped

150grams of your choice of Gluten Free bread

2 eggs

Put the sage and onion in a food processor until chopped fine (or to your preference). Tip this into a large bowl.

Tear the bread into the processor and make into breadcrumbs. Add this to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Beat the eggs in a separate jug with a fork add this to the bowl and mix.

Scoop out with clean hands, and roll in the palms to make balls

Don't worry if some times the mix is wet just scoop out, with 2 spoons the small amounts.

Or if its too dry add another egg.

Place the balls on a baking tray with grease proof paper on it.

Cook in a medium oven for 20 mins until golden brown.

These can be frozen when cool/cold if there's any left.
