Gluten Free Sausages and Healthy Potato chips
4 Gluten Free Sausages
2 medium Baking Potatoes
1/2 Cup of frozen peas
4 tbs Olive oil
1/2 tps of Sea Salt.
Dried mixed herbs
Preparation and Cooking
Rinse the potatoes and slice into chunky strips. Boil the potatoes until partially cooked. Drain and transfer the potatoes into a baking tray and sprinkle the olive oil over them ensuring that all the potatoes are covered on all sides. Sprinkle the mixed herbs on to the potatoes and put in a heated oven at gas mark 200. Leave the potatoes to roast until golden brown. Be sure to turn the potatoes over mid way through if required.
Place the gluten free sausages to a tray and grill until cooked.
Boil the peas until cooked
Place the cooked potatoes on to a plate with the sausages and peas.
Eat while hot/warm.
