Genius Gluten and Wheat Free frozen range
The expression, 'the simpler the better' rings true here... We are so proud of our signature crisp thin-crust pizza base we want to show it off to the full with the simple but classic mozzarella cheese and tomato topping, loved the world over. Gluten, Wheat free and extremely tasty.
Review of Fria Gluten Free Äpplemuffin

We’ve recently been trying a range of Fria gluten free products, some by Foods You Can taste testers and others by individuals in the team. The Äpplemuffin however as soon as I pulled it out of the box was something that everyone in the office wanted to try. This was therefore to be a team affair! This particular morning was a rainy Tuesday so teas and coffees where made along with a glass of water for me. The Äpplemuffins come in a pack of 4 and can be frozen. Opening the packet one of the team shouted out, “They look perfectly formed and so cute, I can’t eat them.” I smiled and said, “Well if you won’t, I’m sure one of the other guys will.” Each of us was able to have a bit of the muffin. Two of the guys had 1 whole one and the other two were split in two and shared between two. As everyone munched away, I could sense a few moments of joyful splendor as each person tucked into their piece “You can actually see chunks of apple in the filling.” said one of the guys. I can safely say that everyone enjoyed it. It’s just a shame there wasn’t anymore, as we’d have joyfully had the muffins every morning just because.
